ISSUING

Mastercard conÄnues to play a leading role in the structure of payment systems with 57.2% (+1.7% in March) vs 42.7% for VISA (-1.7% in March) and 0.1% for PROSTIR.

During March the rate of growth in the number of transacÄons by issued payment cards slowed to 2% (against 16% in February) with a simultaneous steady increase in the average check (also +2%).

ACQURING

In March TAS Link’s clients acÄvely expanded their acquiring network: the number of ATMs increased by +18% (driver is recycling devices), the number of POS terminals increased by +10%.

The growth rate of acquiring transacÄons accelerated to +9% in March (from +6% in February). TransacÄons in merchants POS terminals (+15%) remained the driver of growth with simultaneous growth in purchases in E-com (+8%) and P2P (+6%).

E-COMMERCE

In the E-com segment we also see an increase in the number of transacÄons: +8% in March compared to +1% in February. Growth drivers in March were all types of operaÄons.

In the structure of payment methods we conÄnue to note a gradual decrease in the share of local card-on-files and manual card inputs: 64.4% (-0.7% in March) against the share of electronic wallets: 26.7% in Apple Pay (+0.3 %) and 8.9% in G-Pay (+0.4%).
